The Vinson house sits on the outside bend of a quiet dirt road, giving it a more extended back yard with lots of privacy and a sunny south-facing deck. This little house is something like a time-share in that you know you're in someone's home, but you feel welcome and at ease because of the care given to making it comfortable. It has a living room with a dining/reading corner, separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and bath. There is no extra sleeping space. The house is comfortable for a family of four or two couples, but small enough so a single person or couple will feel at home as well. '08
