Summer Vacancies 2008

The Vacancies Page was last updated on March 28, 2008.  Our mini-site , which includes only vacancies, is also available for those who wish to bookmark a smaller web site on portable equipment such as cell phones.  Our entire web site can be accessed by links from the mini-site.  To see details about any summer rental property, click that owner's name.  There is a shortcut to the Rates chart at the end of this page.

 

On the chart below, "V" indicates a vacancy and an empty space represents a week that is NOT available.  A red "V" indicates a vacancy for which there may be a discount or other incentive.  Refer to that owner's listing and to the "Of Special Interest" page of our office blog for details.  Occasionally we may have a possible cancellation pending or for some other reason anticipate re-listing a vacancy, and will mark such possibilities with a question mark.  Please call for the status of such a listing.  A reservation is secured by a timely deposit.  Sunday-to-Sunday rentals are indicated in the top left box of an owner's date-chart.

 

All reservations must be made by phone (508 255-2329) during business hours and deposits from addresses within the continental US are due within 5 business days.  Information for booking a cottage and sending a deposit, as well as rules for occupancy such as head count limits, pets, and linens, are discussed on the FAQ page.
