We are open on Saturdays until it starts to slow down and the majority of tenants are all settled in. That's about 7 or 8 PM, but there's no set time. (The office officially closes at 4 PM, which is another way of saying that's when the clerical people leave.) Many tenants arrive after we are closed, or even the next day. If you know you will arrive after hours, or even if it's a possibility, we suggest you use our Expedited Check-In. The terms of the rental are not complete until the rent is paid in full, and we cannot give out keys until the rent obligation is satisfied.
