The Jalbert duplex has everything needed in a home away from home. Two mirror-image residences occupy the building, with the owners living in the right duplex and renting the left. The owners work outdoors and it shows in their landscaping and exterior grooming. Inside, the first floor has a large, comfortable living room, a somewhat narrow but well-equipped full kitchen, a bedroom, and a bath. Upstairs, in addition to two good-sized bedrooms and a full bath, is a large landing at the top of the stairs that makes a great playroom/reading area for older kids and has two daybeds for extra sleeping space at night. This year-round house is a mile to Campground Beach (bay).
