Heaven starts here at the cottage the Griffins call "The Summer of '42", and it fits. Soon this little treasure will have a face lift, literally, and be raised 9 feet to a healthier place on the encroaching dune. Right now you can just about walk around it, but it's better to go in from the road-side and out on the beach-side. You can't find a place more nestled in heaven. Inside, the cottage is still vintage 40s, but for a family with memories, it will seem like returning to a happy past. There are two bedrooms downstairs, along with a living room, eat-in kitchen, and screened porch. The entire upstairs is a loft with six twin beds. And yes, it has cable TV, phone, and washer/dryer.
