Our Charts
On the Dates and Rates charts, each owner's name is a link to a web page with the property description. If you are traveling on a budget, scroll down the “Rates” page first. (You may want to print the Rates chart to use as a reference and check list when you visit other pages.) If you know the dates you are coming and want to limit your choices to properties available at those times, please click on “Vacancies”.

Our charts are interlinked at the bottom for your convenience, along with a link to our Rentals List, where you can scroll through a brief description of each property. Links are also provided at the bottom of each chart to the Cape Cod Institute 2008 summer program and to our office magazine.

  • 2008 Vacancies
In-Season Vacancies: This chart shows 10 weeks of vacancies (the end of June, and all of July and August) by check-in date. The season is either 9 or 10 weeks long, depending on when Labor Day falls, so at times one week is at off-season rates for the majority of listings. Each owner's name is a link to a web page with information about the cottage including its location and amenities.
  • 2008 Off-Season Vacancies
This chart shows all of our listings with vacancies indicated by check-in date on a calendar for June and September. Not all cottages rent in the off-season, and those that do not, say N/A under the name of the season. Call our office to ask about the possibility of extended off-season vacancies (such as May or October). All rentals are by the week (see our "Booking Info" page for details).
  • 2008 Rates
This chart has rates for single and multiple week rentals, both in-season and off-season. (In most cases off-season is before June 28th and beginning again on August 30th, but a few owners charge full rates a week earlier or later or have "swing" rates between off-season and peak season.)
  • 2007 Rates
This 2007 Rates chart will remain in place at least until most of the 2008 contracts have been received so you can get some idea of what various cottages and summer homes rent for. These prices are not in effect in 2008.
