To approach from Eastham, as you would to return a rental, take Route 6 to the Oreans Rotary (traffic circle).  Go 3/4 of the way around and take 6A/Rte 28 into Orleans.  Go through the traffic light at Stop & Shop Supermarket, and continue straight. Go straight (right) when you come to a fork.  Go through the next lights, Main Street.  Pass the Mobil Gas station on your left.   Kid & Kaboodle is just beyond Mobil on your left, opposite a CVS Pharmacy.
