Please use this list if you would like to start with a brief description of each property with its in-season rates and open dates. (Click the owner's name for further details about each cottage. A * after the owner's name indicates that additional pictures are available.)

At the end of the rentals listings are links to our Vacancy and Rates charts, our office magazine, and the Cape Cod Institute summer schedule.

Listings were last edited on March 19, 2008 and are up to date with information according to the contracts we have received from our owners.   Rates will be included ONLY for 2008 listings that we have received.  For portable access, also bookmark our mini-site , which contains only our vacancy charts, but has links to our entire web site.

If there is no 2008 rate yet, the cottage may not yet be listed this year. Some owners contact us quite late in the season, and only if they have vacancies or cancellations. For the transitional period before we have current rates, you can use the 2007 Rates chart to get an approximate idea of the cost of a cottage.
